Through his workshops, Yogi Jai Hari Singh will share with guests his extensive experience as a yoga and meditation teacher as well as the secrets of his lifestyle. The workshops will be composed of talks, psycho-social dynamic exercise, aerobic warm-ups, Kundalini yoga kriyas, relaxation sessions and meditations. The program has been created to provide participants with a live experience in which they can create a setting of fearless, non-judgmental self-examination leading to a letting-go of the past and the opening for learning thus providing for self improvement and a better life.
