A lot of job seekers have long stopped looking for employment and have since hired themselves and started their own companies. This is a rising trend and insurance expert Pat Wilks can only agree. There are some notable changes in the 2010 calendar when it comes to health insurance. Health and disability insurance is divided into different groups; one demographic is the self-employed, individual, and family, aged 0-64, anywhere in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana.

According the last census and recent surveys many Americans have stopped looking for work altogether. Getting an accurate number of those who are included in the employed population are a bit sketchy. Many of the job seekers have dropped out of the extended benefit program and have stopped looking for work. They opted instead to start their own companies and we are seeing more entrepreneurs than in previous generations.

Another demographic is the medium to large company, number of employees and ages not important.

These are groups who are looking for coverage and in 2010 there are programs designed to service them. Group insurance rates are specially priced and there are specific products that take care of special needs like low cost dental and accidents.

There are more diverse groups that are being taken into consideration lately such as Life insurance; demographic is ages 0-80. This can either be term life, whole life, or universal life, the latter 2 of which develop a cash value that can be accessed within a few years. It is a great alternative to CD's. This adds to a higher rising number of needed services in the field of heath care and insurance. This is what keeps the field so exciting.
