Yesterday, Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) has offered to acquire 3PAR Inc. (NYSE:PAR) for $24 per share, 33.33% higher than the bid price offered by Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) earlier.

Shares of Sirius XM Radio Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) are trading down by 2.04% to $0.965 on heavy volume.
Over the past 1 month, the stock has been moving within a very narrow range of $0.96-$1.02. However, the recent price movements suggest that the stock has a strong support at $0.95, which was last trading price in June 2010.
On the higher side, the stock has not been able to cross $1.02, which could be its short term strong resistance.
But it looks like the uptrend momentum could be intact and we could possible see some buying activities once it crosses $1.05-$1.05.
