The workout is comprised of six workouts on 3 DVD’s, along with a bonus workout entitled Body Gospel Live! That is performed before a live gospel choir. The package comes with two custom resistance training bands, a Nutrition Guide and 3-Day Jump Start program that will help you lose weight and inches within the first 3 days. In addition there’s a Total Transformation Guide, personal training cards, and an Audio CD.
The actual workouts consist of a solid mixture of interval training, resistance training designed to be done with the included resistance bands, core work, and general cardio.
