Hisco Promotes Brian Hopkins to Vice President of Customer Experience
Industrial distributor Hisco has promoted Brian Hopkins to vice president of customer experience. He is charged with measuring and improving customer experience and leading Hisco’s efforts in channel refinement.

He is charged with measuring and improving Hisco’s customer experience as well as leading the company’s efforts in channel refinement.
