JPM has recently announced its first quarter net income at $3.3 billion, 74 cents a share, compared to last years figures of $2.1 billion, 40 cents a share, for the same period last year. Total net revenue was $27.7 billion. Analysts had forecasted the company would report a profit of 64 cents a share on $26.47 billion in revenue. Given the higher numbers, shares 1.8% higher in premarket trading.

Market Analysts are expecting AMD to announce an 8 cent per share loss whent he company reports its figures on Thursday. However, AMD is hoping to have benefitted from increased corporate IT spending and is hoping to follow the lead set by other industry giants such as INTEL, who had nothing but positive above average news to reports. Should AMD report positive figures, this stock is bound to go up.
