Technical Outlook
EIHC is hitting a seasonal bottom as it did last March of 2009. You’re looking for a bottom reversal in the stock in the short term. EIHC is building a nice base between .13 and .19 for the last 30 days. This presents itself as a very low-risk trade as defined by the trading range. We are watching for news and an increase in volume as the market figures out where the bottom reversal will be. We are using .13 and .19 as our Support and Resistance Levels over the next several weeks. One to keep an eye on.
