TSIA’s Technology Services World Event Hosts Panel Session on Driving Business Value and Customer Satisfaction through Online Support

Taking place on May 4, this interactive panel discussion will feature some of the leading support providers in consumer markets who will share innovative new support models, as well as successes achieved by fine-tuning current models. Attendees will learn how leading companies are addressing low-revenue consumer support challenges and what they are doing to contain costs, maintain product value, and drive high customer satisfaction with online support. Trends, support models, and methods for maximizing employee and community member participation also will be discussed.
