After various downgrades, Palm, Inc. (NASDAQ:PALM) was upgraded BMO Capital to Market Perform from Underperform, but the firm kept the price target at $4.
Today shares of PALM are up 2.30% at $3.80 after falling over 60% in 2010.
On the other hand, JP Morgan upgraded the top two companies in the sector - Research in Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) and Nokia (NYSE: NOK) from Neutral to Overweight.
The firm raised the price target on RIMM to $84 and NOK, it set a price target of EUR14.
Shares of RIMM are up 2.50% and NOK is up 2.11% to $15.52.
Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT) fell 0.50% to $7.19.
