(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 25, 2010 ) Dallas, Tx -Sprint Nextel Corporation (NYSE:S) turned negative and now down 1.52% to $3.88 after rising 1% in the morning session. Over the past three trading sessions, the stock had jumped about 5% since the company unveiled its first phone for its "fourth-generation" wireless network.
After rising 8.70% in the intraday session, shares of Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE:BBY) is now just up 5% to $43.30. Last night, the company had posted a stronger than the expected earnings for its fourth-quarter.
After opening slightly up, Palm, Inc. (NASDAQ:PALM) is now down 4.70% to $3.82 on heavy volumes. The stock is one of the worst performers in 2010 and saw its price plummeting about 63% so far.
QUALCOMM, Inc. (NASDAQ:QCOM) is also off day’s high and now up 4.83% at $42.2119 after hitting day’s high of $43.84 after the Wireless chip maker raised its second-quarter earnings outlook.
Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. (NYSE:JAS) reversed earlier losses and climbed 2% to a new all-time high.
