Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) (NASDAQ:TEVA) made a new 52-week high of $63.97 earlier in the session and now up 1.71% to $63.06. TEVA has agreed to buy Ratiopharm, a German generic drug manufacturer, for $4.97 billion.
