The conference, hosted by TSIA and themed “Clouds on the Service Horizon,” will take place May 3–5 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.

Kelly specializes in cultivating high-performance, customer-centric teams in the areas of customer service, account management, sales, and quality assurance. She successfully established elite service teams for both PayPal and LinkedIn, creating much of the infrastructure both service centers enjoy today. In addition, she is the CEO of the Gratitude Academy and author of Gratitude at Work: How to Say Thank You, Give Kudos, and Get the Best from Those You Lead.
