(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 18, 2010 ) Dallas, Tx - Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE:BBI) lost 29.18% to $0.284 on 29.60 million shares. Dow Jones reported that Blockbuster Inc. said in a regulatory filing on March 16, 2010, that it probably will file for bankruptcy if it is unable to address its debt load. In the filing, Blockbuster pointed to its operating loss for 2009, reported late last month. Because of the loss and 'the increasingly competitive industry conditions', the Company sees 'substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern', according to the filing. Blockbuster said that if its operating results don't improve and if it is unable to refinance or restructure its debt, it "could require the Company to pursue a restructuring of indebtedness or file for protection under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code'.

Cytori Therapeutics Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ:CYTX) declined 6.04% to $4.82 on 2.62 million shares.

YRC Worldwide Inc. Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:BSX) decreased 1.97% to $6.95 on 62.41 million shares. The company on Monday said it stopped shipment of its top selling implantable cardioverter defibrillators, as it found some of the manufacturing process changes made were not submitted for approval with the US Food and Drug Administration.
