Northwest Pipe Company (NASDAQ:NWPX) declined about 17% to $19.97 after hitting a new 52-week low of $19.44. Vancouver, Washington-based Northwest Pipe Co. (NWPX: News ) revealed in a filing with the regulator that as previously disclosed it is conducting an ongoing internal investigation of certain accounting matters, including certain revenue recognition practices.
