Dale Carnegie Training of Kansas City Certified for POST Funding for Police Officers

(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 04, 2010 ) Kansas City Missouri - The world famous Dale Carnegie Training Organization announces their recent accreditation of three training courses through the Missouri Police Officer Standards and Training (POST) program. Governed by department of public safety, the POST program is responsible for the licensure of peace officers, reserve peace officers, basic training instructors, curriculum, and training centers.
Through this program, officers can obtain funding for three of Dale Carnegies’ unique training classes including The Dale Carnegie Course, Leadership Training and the most recently certified High-Impact Presentations. Dale Carnegie Training course will help officers to strengthen their skills in communication, leadership, stress control as well as presentations.

Dale Carnegie training has educated thousands of people for nearly a hundred years, providing them with skills in order to build positive, steady and profitable results. Through the POST program Dale Carnegie Training of Kansas City has trained over 75 officers and worked with department from Riverside, Blue Springs to Kansas City.
In addition to POST, Dale Carnegie offers programs through the University of Central Missouri, where officers can earn college credits and have it funded by tuition assistance or the GI Bill.
For officers interested in participating, training classes will be available on the following dates: The Dale Carnegie Course- March 10th, April 15th and May 25th, Leadership Training- April 6th and the High Impact Presentation- March 25th and 26th as well as June 10th and 11th.
