Dale Carnegie Training and ASTD Maine Chapter to Host Business Impact Workshop
Dale Carnegie trainer Shirlie Broomfield to provide valuable conversation and communication tools that can be immediately applied in the workplace.

The workshop, ‘Communicate for Business Impact’, will guide participants toward looking at business communication in new ways. Various avenues of communication will be explored including understanding the influence of filters on the communication process, developing productive business conversation skills and improving communication by using effective listening and questioning skills.
The Maine chapter of the ASTD is a non-profit organization for professionals actively engaged in or interested in the fields of training and development. They meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
