Dr. Chris Milkie, of Mayfair Foot Clinic, is proud to be a sponsor of the upcoming J.K. Lee Board Break-A-Thon. This fun event is the 16th annual fundraiser organized to benefit children suffering from cancer.
(EMAILWIRE.COM, February 19, 2010 ) Milwaukee, WI – Dr. Chris Milkie, a podiatrist with Mayfair Foot Clinic, is proud to be a sponsor of the 16th annual J.K. Lee Board Break-A-Thon fundraiser. This fundraiser benefits the MACC Fund and the H.O.T. Unit of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
The event will be held on Saturday, February 20th 2010 from 10 A.M. TO 5 P.M. at Mayfair Mall's Center Court in Wauwatosa, WI. Stop by and try your hand (or your foot!) at breaking a board. Everyone who makes a donation will get to break at least one board, and also have a chance to win door prizes. Stop by to see the martial arts demonstrations being performed every hour.
J.K. Lee Black Belt Academy has sponsored this event for the past 16 years and raised over $500,000 to benefit childhood cancer research. Their desire is to help their students and their community. This year's goal in partnering with MACC is to raise $50,000.
Dr. Milkie, a father himself, encourages everyone to come, to participate in the event and support the kids who need your help, and to have fun!
