Dallas, Tx - The Western Union Company (NYSE:WU) fell 3.90% to $16.50 on 34.29 million shares after the company announced that for fiscal 2010, it expects GAAP revenue in a range of -1% to +2%. The Company expects GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $1.29 to $1.34, and currently does not anticipate currency to impact EPS. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report GAAP EPS of $1.39 for the same period.

Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NYSE:NMM) plunged 1.73% to $14.80 after the company announced that it has priced its follow-on public offering of 3,500,000 common units, which represent limited partnership interests, at $15.51 per unit. Navios Partners has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHRW) smashed 0.54% to $53.25 on 3.97 million shares after the company posted a lower-than-expected quarterly profit, weighed down by a weak freight market, and said margins will continue to take a hit in 2010. For the fourth quarter, CH Robinson's net income was $87.7 million, or 52 cents a share, compared with $88.9 million, or 52 cents a share, a year ago.
