This coincides with the employment agreement signed at subsidiary, United Oil for the operating management team.

Mr Tawse will remain in position for another three years effective February 1, 2010. He has also been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr Tawse is regarded as a valuable asset to the company and before joining USOG in 2008, he spent ten years as CFO and Vice President of the Kaizen Institute.

The Kaizen Institute is an international consulting company that implements lean strategy and continuous improvement culture. Clients of the company include Nike, Kraft and Bacardi. Whilst at the Kaizen Institute, Mr Tawse saved his clients millions of dollars and increased their competitive advantages.
