(NYSE:IVZ) decreased 6.82% to $20.21 on 10 million shares after the company said its fourth-quarter net income attributable to common shareholders surged to $110.9 million or $0.25 per share from $31.9 million or $0.08 per share last year. Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTEK) fell 17.23% to $20.75 on 6.45 million shares after the company announced that for second quarter of 2010, it expects diluted earnings per share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.20- $0.23 and revenue, net of subcontractor costs, to be in the range of $310-$330 million. For fiscal 2010, it lowered its guidance, and now expects diluted EPS to be in the range of $1.08-$1.18 and revenue, net of subcontractor costs to be in the range of $1.4-$1.5 billion.
