Healthcare providers are also encouraged to join the conversation by responding to comments, posting additional information, details and photographs to make the site even more robust, Granz said, noting the site gets better on a regular basis as new users join the conversation and add their own information.

The company began in early 2008 when the three University of Michigan –Dearborn graduates decided to pursue their dream of making a difference for families who often have little time to find the best provider for a loved one in need.
