The Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation is the management arm of the Spectrum Blue Steel Consultants.

Both Spectrum Blue Steel Consultants Inc. and Spectrum BlueSteel Corporation are domestic corporations duly registered under the laws of the Philippines.

The Blue Print for the Biosphere Process and Technology in the Philippines is to set up in ten years 1 500 Biosphere facilities making the country zero waste and each municipality or city benefit from cheap green electricity.

Spectrum Blue Steel Company shall install, operate and manage Biosphere facilities in cities and municipalities all over the Philippines. The local government units (LGUs) have been tasked through the Solid Waste Management Act to implement the collection, hauling, transporting and disposal of all municipal solid wastes. With the Biosphere facility being installed in these LGUs once collected and hauled, the MSW are delivered to the Biosphere Facility while paying tipping fees. Biosphere processes the MSW, generating electricity which is sold to the rural electric cooperatives at a cheaper price.

Further, under the Philippine Medium Term Development Plan of the Philippine Government, investments that assist in environmental protection are offered key support and considerable benefits from the government.
