Capital One was expected to earn 17 cents on an adjusted basis, according to the average estimate of 23 analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.

T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TROW) jumped 10.51% or $5.16 to end the day`s trade at $54.27 on over 8.86 million shares after Reuters reported that T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. is in talks to buy a stake in a fund firm in India. The Company is in talks to buy a 26% stake in India's UTI Asset Management Co. T.
