Lead book runners on the deal are Citigroup and Banco Santander. Proceeds from the debt offer will go toward general corporate purposes. TAM S.A. is engaged in providing scheduled air transportation in both the domestic market and the international market through the Company’s operating subsidiaries.

(NYSE:LPS) soared 7.79% to end at $43.99 on 2.12 million shares after the company announced that for the fourth quarter of 2009, it expects adjusted earnings to be in the range of $0.77-$0.79 per diluted share. For fiscal 2009, the Company now expects revenues to grow 26%-28% compared to fiscal 2008 and adjusted earnings to be in the $3.07-$3.09 per diluted share range. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report earnings per share of $0.77 for the fourth quarter of 2009; EPS of $3.00 on revenue of $2.273 billion for fiscal 2009.
