Part 2 was taught by Ms. Carter. This phase of the workshop consisted of each participant creating an effective, professional website by using the high ranking keywords they discovered during Part 1. The free websites were created using Google Blogger. Ms. Carter taught how anyone can load pictures, text ads, videos and back links to their own website – without spending a dime on hosting or web designer fees.
