Personal Development Centers, LLC of Delray Beach, Florida, an organization designed to support individual growth, goal setting and the building of personal power, is offering their premier 30 hour weekend seminar, "TLC-The Living Course," free to individuals who have been victimized by this awful situation and are seeking ways to move forward from this tragedy. Several individuals have finished the course and others are already signed up.

Madoff victims are being offered this course for free and more are encouraged to attend.
