The ABPLA is the only organization accredited by the American Bar Association to certify attorneys in the area of medical malpractice. There are approximately 60 diplomates in medical negligence in the United States, and Mr. Dill is one of only five in the state of Florida.

The ABPLA evaluates attorneys according to five objective criteria: Experience, Ethics, Education, Examination and Excellence. Candidates must be viewed by the board as having met the ABPLA’s high standards in each of these five key areas before they can become certified. In order to achieve this distinction, Mr. Dill had to meet several requirements and complete a rigorous application process. This included having a minimum of twenty medical malpractice trials to verdict, passing a thorough reference review, and successfully completing a comprehensive test on medical issues.

Mr. Dill graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1993. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with the Florida Bar and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has obtained significant jury verdicts on behalf of injured clients in particularly difficult cases, including complex medical malpractice cases. He has tried over 100 cases to verdict and obtained numerous verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars. In addition to handling medical malpractice cases, he also represents clients in personal injury, civil rights, and commercial litigation matters.
