Best known for advising amateur developers on their property projects on Channel 4’s Property Ladder (now known as ‘Property Snakes and Ladders’ to reflect the credit crunch) Sarah Beeny is one of the few property presenters who you feel actually knows what she’s talking about.

Log onto the site and upload information about your property, including including images, Google Maps and Streetview.

Each property is then presented as it would be in a magazine, allowing potential purchasers to browse pages of room details, floor plans and special features.

Sarah said, “We hope Tepilo will help get the market moving along again, but most importantly empower people to take control of their biggest asset in a hassle-free way while saving thousands of pounds.”

The site also gives advice on how to improve home sales through design, negotiation and marketing, with a selected group of sellers winning advice straight from Sarah herself.

Unlike similar websites, tepilo.com is completely free to browse and for sellers to list.
