Fairfield County, Connecticut's foremost yoga practitioner to conduct retreat at Morgan's Rock in Nicaragua

Entitled “MB Yoga, The Experience,” this retreat will provide a different vinyasa flow, alignment, meditation and pranayama lesson each day. Mitchel Bleier, who studied for many years in India, is the epitome of a modern yoga master. His “experience” instruction has been produced on a critically acclaimed DVD series. Organized by Adrienne Ward, founder of BigWorldSmallPlanet retreats, Bleier is an integral part of a popular summer retreat program.
The retreat will be conducted in the dedicated Yoga Pavilion, located on Morgan’s Rock’s pristine Ocotal Beach, surrounded by a unique 4500 acre protected primary dry forest environment that comprises the resort, providing the ideal setting for yoga and meditative retreat experiences.
The daily program will cover 6-days of yoga combined with cultural experiences with time for relaxing by the pool or beach.
