Adoodle Added to Biotech Stock Review Watch

"Adoodle's objective is to develop behavioral modification products, via the olfactory senses, such as smoking cessation or weight control, as examples. "

(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 20, 2009 ) Philadelphia - Adoodle Inc., (OTC: ADDE), a behavioral modification sciences company announced today, the Biotech Stock Review has issued a corporate profile and has initiated ongoing coverage. http://biotechstockreview.ning.com/

Adoodle is seeking to develop a variety of products, which may in the future modify behavior, via olfactory senses, such as smoking cessation or weight control, as examples. The company's first product to reach commercialization is called NOXO, which has the ability to alter the brains ability (temporarily) to smell horrific odors. The odor is still there and it's not masked. The brain does not however, register its normal reaction to it. The uniquely formulated NOXO is based on advanced olfactory perception altering technology developed by Dr. V Ruth Pinney who is a director of Adoodle and who also directs the research at the company's new research center in The Woodlands, Texas.

Dr. Pinney worked with the Department of Justice to commercialize this product in order to support the brave efforts of our military, first responders, and law enforcement personnel. The earlier, first-generation product has been used extensively around the world including NYFD and first responders after 9/11, Dover AFB, and after natural disasters resulting from tsunamis, earthquakes, and hurricanes. This technology and the new second generation products have now found its way into the medical and dental arena.

"We're excited to have retained the Institutional Analyst (IA) Group, to provide coverage for our company," stated Richard Stevensen, President of Adoodle Inc. "I have been a long time subscriber to a number of their industry specific newsletters, first with the Internet Stock Review dating back 10 years and later to both the Biotech Stock Review and the Private Equity Stock Review. Their research and reporting efforts will be able to greatly enhance our communications efforts, with both out current and future shareholders. This is the most exciting time in our corporate history, due to the dramatic change in our business plans and goals, with the technology acquisition of NOXO in October of 2008. Their efforts are designed to enable us to more clearly guide investors expectations in the most accurate manner possible, as we expand our sales efforts for NOXO and as we seek develop additional commercial products based on this revolutionary technology."

Alain Lewand, a Managing Director with IA stated, "Adoodle has one of the most captivating technologies we have come across, in our entire universe of biotechnology and alternative health technology companies. It would be difficult to imagine life without smell and when we first began looking into the NOXO technology, we came across early experiments by NASA that found the efficiency of astronauts was reduced when confined to the near odor-free environment of a one-person space capsule. We also read that astronauts found a smell-free environment so disturbing, that they carried scented chemicals with them to counteract any negative effects of "odor-boredom." Wondering what else could be effected by the reduction or introduction of smells on human behavior, led to our interest in this small publicly traded company and further wonder of potential commercialization, led to our excitement. We are very pleased to initiate and provide ongoing coverage of Adoodle, as it seeks additional methods designed to monetize this olfaction technology beyond odor inhibition."

Olfaction refers to the sense of smell. Specialized sensory cells of the nasal cavity mediate this sense. For humans, the olfactory system detects volatile chemicals. The chemicals themselves, which activate the olfactory system, generally at very low concentrations, are called odors. Humans respond to chemical stimuli in their environments through chemoreception processes. Chemoreception depends primarily on the senses of taste, smell and includes trigeminal nerve stimulation in the nasal area. Chemoreception relies on chemicals that act as signals to regulate cell function, without the chemical necessarily being taken into the cell for metabolic purposes. While many chemicals, hormones and neurotransmitters, occur within organisms and serve to regulate specific physiological activities, chemicals in the external environment are also perceived by and elicit responses. The company intends to complete the development of new products so that human behaviors can be modified by selectively inhibiting or changing chemo-perception or by causing a selected chemo-perceptions take place.

On March 4th, the company announced that it was opening a research facility. The research efforts conducted their focus on monetizable olfactory perception altering technologies. The NOXO Olfactory Research Laboratory will develop new and advanced products for the company, which may have a material effect on human biological functions and neurological systems responses.

At this highly guarded facility, the company is completing the development of four specific compounds, two that inhibit and two that stimulate, they are:

1. Olfactory Perception Inhibition for Autism. (stimulate)
2. Olfactory Perception Inhibition for Anorexia. (stimulate)
3. Olfactory and Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation as an adjunct to Addiction Therapy. (inhibit)
4. Chemical Senses Stimulation as an Adjunct to Weight Loss Therapy. (inhibit)

The NOXO Olfactory Research Laboratory, contains more than 2,500 organized flavors and fragrances, an Organic garden with approximately 15 plants species (for calibrating quality of essential oil odors), an Organic laboratory setup, synthesis equipment, formula blenders, mixers, FDA approved glass and LPDE tanking. It also has a smell and flavor team room with containments and air hood GC/MS, bacterial and fungal analysis system MycotechPerasan Peracetic Acid Sterilization Dispensor, Peracetic acid sterilization indicator strips. All Toxicology is performed by affiliated Stillmeadow Laboratories a 75,000 sq foot research Lab in Sugarland Texas. The NOXO facility has been permitted by the Texas Department of Health.
