PSI’s Manager of Client Service, Tammy Dungan, will be leading the full-day workshop. The morning session will cover PMAPS® Fundamentals. The afternoon session will focus on more advanced applications of PMAPS® including the integrated assembly center module, the search module for streamlining data content to reduce duplication, and an exploration of advanced tools such as repopulating documents, updating PMAPS from Word, and using the integrated Excel response wizard. The afternoon session will close with a review of the report module, using the extensive library of ‘canned’ reports and creating customized reports using the integrated report-writing tool that can drive Microsoft Office document template files.
