(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 01, 2009 ) Washington, DC - Early Wednesday morning, Secretary Geithner will join Alistair Darling, Britain’s Chancellor of the Exchequer at No. 11 Downing Street for a breakfast with Finance Ministers. This meeting is closed press.
Later in the morning, he will join President Obama at a meeting with Britain’s Prime Minister Gordon Brown. This meeting will include a pool spray at the top. Following the meeting he will join Chancellor Darling and Secretary Miliband at President Obamas and Prime Minister Brown’s joint press availability at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Building.
On Wednesday afternoon, Secretary Geithner will join President Obama for a series of bilateral meetings with Russian and Chinese leaders and Britain’s Rt Hon David Cameron. The meetings will be held at the Winfield House. Each bilateral meeting will include a pool spray at the top.
Later in the evening, Secretary Geithner will attend a G20 reception at Buckingham Palace followed by a Finance Ministers Reception and working dinner at Tate Modern.
