Andrew Andrekopoulos Wants Pet Owners to Realize that Overfed Pets Risk Developing Diabetes
Andrew Andrekopoulos, a pet advocate, wants people to be aware of an obesity epidemic, and it's not in children or adults -- the epidemic is striking our pets.

Overfed and overweight pets are at greater risk of developing Type 2 diabetes than the slimmer normally fed pets. And, Andrekopoulous warns, so are certain breeds of dogs have an increased risk of developing diabetes, including: Samoyeds, Keeshonds, Schnauzers Miniature Pinschers and Poodles.
