Drew Andrekopoulos Urges Nebraska Citizens to Meet Humane Society Licensing Deadline
Pet lover Drew Andrekopoulos is urging procrastinating pet owners to get their pets licensed before the Sunday, March 15, 2009, deadline.
(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 14, 2009 ) Lincoln, NE - Pet advocate Drew Andrekopoulous is uring Nebraska pet owners to get down to their nearest licensing operation and get their pets legal before the March 15th deadline hits. He says that Humane Society workers are prepared for long lines this weekend as expected many pet owners to rush to license their pets before the Sunday deadline.
If you happen to own a pit bull, Andrekopoulous says, "be prepared for further complications." All pit bull owners must show proof of insurance for their dogs before getting a license. Failure to license a potentially dangerous dog will cost owners one of their three strikes.
