The ceremony was crowned with the presence of the Senior Divisional Officer for Manyu, the Mayor of Mamfe, the Divisional Delegate of Education, Rev Father Fomanka - the Catholic Education Secretary for Mamfe Diocese, NOMA Mamfe Center Director, other government dignitaries and the public.

NOMA has upgraded it's Mamfe Information Technology Center with five new Pentium 4 computers and new modem for satellite Internet and video conferences. NOMA Technology Center provides local population with access to computers, internet, office automation and educational resources. “The center is aimed at narrowing the technological divide, improving IT skills and economic conditions of Manyu
