Lily Neda Announces Registration for Beginning Commercial Acting Program
Talent Director, Lily Neda announced this morning that A.C.T. (www.theact.tv) is now accepting applications for new students in the Beginning Commercial Acting program.
(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 4, 2009 ) Henderson, NV - Talent Director Lily Neda announced that ACT -- theact.tv -- is now accepting new students in their Beginning Commercial Acting program.
Students will learn the basics of perfecting specific characters for television commercial interviews. The will be taught the process of a successful interview. This will establish the foundation to build solid acting skills for all mediums, stage and screen alike.
Students of all ages will learn how to slate, memorize quickly, master the cold read and be able to get to the “next level” of commercial auditioning. Exercises incorporate the use of commercial copy, improvisation, vocalization, interview techniques, resume writing, defining characters, and professional development. Students learn to focus on believability, spontaneity and recognizing the staple characters used by many products to captivate specific audiences.
ACT is a nationally recognized, private, nonacademic, avocational school for children and teens; dedicated to helping our students to master the critical artistic and business skills needed for today’s highly competitive and fast-paced entertainment industry.
