Many small businesses are promoting price reductions as a direct response to the lagging economy.

Therefore it goes without saying that small businesses will play a major role in recovering the economy. So far, they are doing their part by reducing prices in order to attract customers.

An Internet search of “economic stimulus sale” returns over 11,000 results, mostly from small business websites. These sales are meant to spur spending when consumers and business would otherwise be hoarding cash.
