LONDON— January 29th 2009 — Alfresco Software, Inc., today announced that it is accepting nominations for the Alfresco Credit Crunch Innovation Awards. The awards honor innovative approaches and best practices organizations are undertaking in these challenging times. All Alfresco enterprise customers and certified partners are invited to enter submissions for projects completed in 2008. Winners will be rewarded with the choice of a charitable donation or alternative prize. Nominations are being accepted through March 15, 2009 at http://www.alfresco.com/customers/awards/

The Alfresco Credit Crunch Awards will be issued for the following categories for projects using Alfresco Enterprise:

• Credit Crunch Innovation of the Year (decided by a public vote)
• Corporate Sector Credit Crunch Innovation (Regional Awards for Americas, APAC & EMEA)
• Government Sector Credit Crunch Innovation (Regional Awards for Americas, APAC & EMEA)

A panel of judges will select one winner from each regional award category listed above. Judges for this year’s award will be Alfresco’s CEO, John Powell and Alfresco’s General Manager of the Americas, Matt Asay. They will be joined by industry experts, Matt Aslett, enterprise software analyst at The 451 Group and Ron Miller, freelance technology writer and contributing editor to EContent as well as editor of the FierceContentManagement newsletter.
