Mr. Lim takes on his expanded responsibilities after successfully directing the company’s Sales for China as regional vice president.

During his tenure with ON Semiconductor since 2005, Mr. Lim has been instrumental in achieving the company’s growth in sales and design wins from key indigenous customers in China, as well as in establishing joint power laboratories with market makers in the country.

Mr. Lim has more than 22 years of information technology and semiconductor industry experience in sales, marketing, global account management, business development and engineering. Prior to joining ON Semiconductor, he was vice president of China Mega Accounts for Arrow Electronics, after having served as vice president of ASEAN & India. Previously, he was director of Asia, Large Corporate Segment at Dell computer, and before that, general manager of Singapore & Brunei. He has also worked at ECS Computers as deputy general manager.
