“On July 1, 2007, another China Solar subsidiary Beijing Deli Solar Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Deli Solar) took a 51% stake in Tianjin Huaneng worth approximately $1.7 million. Again on October 27, 2008, an additional 30% stake in Tianjin Huaneng was initiated for a total all-cash purchase price of $1.6 million.”
