MXA Market Announces The Debut Of Vintensify Wine Aerator Decanter
Vintensify Wine Aerator Decanter Features Innovative Triple Stage Aeration System
Mary Anderson, founder and CEO, first used this fountain style aerator in 2013 and was amazed at the difference the Vintensify wine aerator decanter made in the fullness of the taste of the red wine she was enjoying with friends. Even more surprising was the difference it made in the flavor and aromas of a white wine as typically many don't think of aerating white wines. She subsequently tried many aerators seeking the best type and found this to be the best wine aerator decanter anywhere. The first one she tried proved to be the most effective in producing the greatest enhancement of the wine. She is thrilled to offer others the chance to "Vintensify" their enjoyment and wine drinking experiences.
"I remembered my waitressing days and the wine tastings at the restaurants with pleasure and confusion ("why don't I taste all that the wine salesman is talking about?") Let me tell you that my appreciation and enjoyment of wine has been incredibly enhanced by using this wine aerator!"
Unlike the single stage aerators, the Vintensify wine aerator allows more air to flow through the wine as it is poured, therefore releasing hidden flavors and "Vintensifying enjoyment" of favorite or soon to be favorite wines.
How does it work? The patented triple stage aeration system is uniquely effective. The first stage is umbrella shaped and creates a fine spray of wine as it pours forming a flat thin sheet allowing for air exposure from the top and bottom. The second stage is a drizzle plate with 32 holes that separates the wine into micro droplets, forcing air in and around the tiny wine spheres. Stage three creates a forced air vortex that circulates air through the liquid as the droplets rejoin and flow into the glass. A fully aerated wine is created in seconds instead of waiting 20-30 minutes for wine to decant.
Ms. Anderson says, "Both a decanter and an aerator serve a similar purpose and that is to expand the surface area of the wine allowing air to enter the wine which then expands the taste and aromatic profile and softens tannins. A decanter vessel does this by adding surface area to the wine while an aerator creates forced air to be circulated through the wine creating a more thorough aeration. Another difference? Time! Often it is unpredictable how long a wine should be decanted - with the wine aerator for red wine wine will be perfectly enhanced in mere seconds - in the time it takes to pour wine from bottle to glass!"
