0. Select the thickest band, usually the black one.
1. Stand with one foot in the middle of the band, the other foot back a step, for support. Hold the ends of the band and a dumbbell in each hand. Wrap ends of the band around dumbbells and close palms over them. This adds grip, lessening the need to hold onto the bands.
2. Keeping elbows by sides, palms downward, curl both hands up to the shoulders. Knuckles should come up to the top of the shoulders. Do 10 reps.
3. Next, curl one hand up at a time, alternating sides. Do 10 curls on each side. Repeat combo.
