One way this is done is by replacing parchment paper with silicone mats. This will have a massive effect on the environments land fills.
The Silicone used making the baking mats is one of the highest food grade 100% silicone, thst meets all current FDA approved standards. The size of the mat is 16x12 inch and 450x350x1 millimeter, this gives In excess of 2000 uses in the oven, a lifetime in the microwave oven, untold uses with pastry and fondant rolling.
Simplicity baking mats are made with no fiberglass in the construction, this means they can be cut to fit a small cookie tray, can be trimmed to fit a microwave oven plate. The liners make baking easier by reducing the mess that happens when kneading dough, or rolling pastry's.

Strong flavored foods may leave a temporary scent, if this occurs just soak in warm soapy water for a while.
