Simply Natural Life Announces Customer Success With Their Digital Aid Water Test Meter
Customers tell why they are so happy with their purchase of the Digital Aid Water Test Meter
How to use a TDS Meter
Founder and CEO, Loretta Green stated: "Customer reviews are very important, especially when people are purchasing online. Reviews give 'social proof' of a product's quality and performance from people who have already purchased and used the product. This information is vital for potential new buyers, and often it will answer for them questions that are already on their minds."
The Digital Aid is a “Combo Test meter” which measures the particle count in water. This particle count is known as TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). The meter also measures EC (electrical conductivity) and temperature. This allows it to give consistent readings despite temperature fluctuations of the water being tested. It is factory calibrated and will never need recalibration. Its range is from 0-5000 ppm (parts per million).
One customer said she's having fun checking all the waters in her home, her neighbors and her workplace: bottled water, drinking fountain, portable filter water, reverse osmosis and tap water. She believes that drinking water should consist of hydrogen and oxygen only, just H2O with no added organic or inorganic minerals. She likes to be able to check her drinking water to ensure it is 0 ppm. She says she feels healthier since she started drinking distilled water, and has no more allergies or aches and pains. She says this TDS meter is user friendly and plans to buy one for her neighbor as well.
Another testimonial is from someone who works with water assessment. Sarita said: "I work with water assessment, and this little TDS Meter works perfectly. Nothing to envy from named brands... I would purchase more products of this brand."
An example of the very helpful nature of customer feedback is a review from a customer who attempted to measure her colloidal silver solution with no success.
Ms. Green states: "A lot of people try to use these little TDS meters to measure the ppm or concentration of their colloidal silver batches, when actually the gold standard laboratory test for determining the concentration of a batch of colloidal silver is a test called Atomic Absorption Analysis Mass Flame Spectrometry (AAAMFS). This is about a $500-plus laboratory test conducted on a $50,000 to $100,000-plus piece of lab equipment. Another lab test, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), can also be used to measure the size of the silver particles, and get a good visual idea of the concentration of silver particles in the solution. This is a $2,000 - $4,000 laboratory test, depending upon number of samples submitted. No TDS meter will do the job. However, a TDS meter is required to tell the purity of the water used to make colloidal silver. The manufacturers of equipment that makes colloidal silver recommend you use water that is no higher than 10 ppm."
A TDS meter is used to test the ‘particle count' or TDS of household water, drinking water, ponds, fish tanks, hydroponics, pools and spas. It is an indicator of water quality. If the particle count, for a particular application, is out of range, it can be adjusted depending on the situation. With drinking water it may simply require a change of carbon filters or RO membrane.
Knowing one's water quality is important for everyone who is filtering their water, and especially important for people who may be filtering well water.
