Global FranTech Contracts to Buy Five MKIII Biosphere Process Systems

Phil Nadeau, Chairman of Global FranTech has confirmed the purchase of five MKIII Biosphere Process(TM) Systems, with combined initial sale price of USD$55,000,000 from Life Energy Technology Holdings Inc.
In addition to the initial purchase of five systems, FranTech has agreed an option to purchase an additional 595 MKIII Biosphere
Process(TM) Systems from Life Energy, each with a purchase price of USD$11,000,000. All 600 of the MKIII Biosphere Process(TM) Systems are to be delivered to FranTech within 36 months and are to be deployed by FranTech in China, where their purchase from FranTech is being guaranteed by the Chinese Central Government.
The complete package is being financed by a major Japanese Bank.
