"Seeing an opportunity to leverage sales and services capabilities with Ricoh’s engineering and manufacturing expertise, IKON Office Solutions said it agreed to be acquired by Japanese printer and fax maker Ricoh Co. for about $1.6 billion, or $17.25 per share. The transaction, which has been approved by the boards of directors of both companies, is subject to regulatory approvals in the United States, Canada and Europe, customary closing conditions and IKON shareholder approval…
