Is Green Coffee Bean Extract Just Hype?
New supplement aims to “Up the Ante” on this growing trend.
One of the latest trends is Green Coffee Bean Extract. For those who don't know, Green coffee beans are raw beans that haven't been roasted. When coffee is roasted, there is a chemical called chlorogenic acid that get's reduced. Researchers say this chemical slows the release of glucose in the body, therefore enhancing weight loss and also may have other health benefits.
Now the question is, is this just another weight loss gimmick?
There is always something that pops up on fan favorite TV talk shows that say that "it's groundbreaking" or something to that effect. Fortunately in this case, there has been many studies that state that Green Coffee Bean Extract has indeed been effective in weight loss.
In fact, there was a recent study from a University that involved 16 overweight individuals whom took the extract over a period of 22 weeks without changing their diet or exercise process and the results were quite impressive. The average loss for participants in this study was 17 pounds and a decrease of about 16 percent body fat.
Now, one must be careful when choosing a Green Coffee Bean supplement as they are not all created equal. There are products that contain fillers and or artificial ingredients that do nothing for you. Another thing to look for is the Chlorogenic Acid levels in the supplement. If it does not contain at least 45%, it probably will not work and will just be a waste of time and money.
Coffee Bean Extract: Green Coffee Bean Extract 800
This all natural supplement has been carefully formulated to eliminate any unnecessary ingredients and to contain a high level of Chlorogenic Acids.
While most supplements may contain the minimum 45% (as mentioned above) this product contains 50% which is crucial for slow release of sugar in your body. This will greatly enhance the weight loss process and in all reality, will make you feel better in the long run.
This supplement also has zero fillers and unneeded ingredients. It claims to only contain the necessary extract that is needed to aid in weight loss.
Some may also see some product reviews that say a certain Green Coffee Bean Extract supplement gives people the jitters and may cause some insomnia. Well, hopefully this won't be found with this product as it contains no more than 20mg of natural caffeine per serving. That's less than a half a couple of coffee.
