Silicone Designer Bibs Might Raise Safety Questions
Capstaff Inc Warns Against Purchasing Non-SGS Certified Products
The term "silicone" may raise "alarm bells" among some consumers who wonder whether the material is safe to put on their children.
Capstaff Inc, who released their version of the designer silicone bibs on Amazon in December says, unless it's stated on the advertising that the bibs are SGS Certified, then be wary.
Spokeperson J D Dean said..."Our bibs are food grade liquid silicone. We conducted an extensive elimination process among suppliers and the SGS Certified/Eco-friendly silicone bibs are safe for use. Unless it's stated on the promotions, think twice about purchasing".
Mr. Dean says the response to Capstaff Inc's revolutionary dual strap bibs has been extremely positive with many excellent reviews left by consumers.
"The Eco-friendly SGS Certified bibs we market have really filled a need among consumers looking for a safe and reliable alternative to the flimsy neck strap bibs available".
Capstaff Inc is leading the way in providing bibs that actually stay on the child despite any attempts to remove it.
"It's been a common complaint among consumers...a bib that stays on and prevents mess. Children seem to be able to remove the neck strap-only bibs easily but the dual strap bibs are a different story altogether".
Mr. Dean says designer baby bibs should always be washed before first use and this is just a matter of wiping it with a wet cloth.
"That "new car smell" may not be preferable to everyone and the feedback we receive is that once the bib is washed, the "new odor" disappears. It's almost the same with anything new and that includes clothes".
Capstaff Inc currently have their Silicone dual strap bibs on sale and Mr. Dean said this will continue only until current stocks last.
