TSIA Honors Industry Pioneers for Their Achievement of Operational Excellence
Operational Best Practices Honorees Recognized at Technology Services World (TSW) Service Transformations 2013
TSIA’s Operational Best Practices (OBP) program offers organizations the opportunity to be recognized at the geographic or process level, or to achieve the highest level of certification—Certified Technology Service and Support—which includes validated recognition by J.D. Power and Associates. The three TSIA OBP programs include Rated Outstanding, allowing an organization to target recognition in a single area of strength; Excellence in Service Operations, enabling a company to recognize regional or global support operations; and Certified Technology Service and Support, jointly developed by TSIA and J.D. Power and Associates with the focus of giving a business’ enterprise customers’ confidence in that organization’s support services before the purchasing decision.

• Tektronix: TSIA Rated Outstanding, Global Assisted Support Certification
