Muscle Groups Need To Be Isolated And Exercised Individually States Casey Thebolt
He recently addressed a number of landlords and commercial real estate investors and this is what he told them:
“Give different muscle groups a break. Exercising the same group of muscles, such as your abs, can become counterproductive if you don't give them some downtime to recover. Design your workout as a circuit of training that focuses on alternate areas of your body each day. This allows more recovery time and keeps your workouts more interesting,” he said with obvious enthusiasm.
“Keep exercise equipment at work. You can easily store resistance bands that will offer resistance while doing exercises throughout the day. It is also easy to keep small hand weights at work, and you can use these to do arm curls between tasks or meetings,” he added.
“When you go to the gym for a weight workout, think small to large when it comes to your activities. Begin with dumbbells and end with machine work. The smaller muscles you need to use with dumbbell work tend to tire more quickly than the larger muscle groups used in machines. Therefore, end with the machines as your body will then need less from those smaller muscle groups,” he explained.
“If you find yourself struggling to get to the gym for your workout, remember that you have never not felt good after a workout! Working out produces endorphins, which make you feel good and happy. So, once you get to the gym, you will forget that you didn't really want to be there in the first place, and when you leave, you will be feeling happy and glad that you did not miss your workout,” he told he group.
“Maintaining a healthy fitness regimen may not seem very important when you are young, but your body will be very thankful as you grow older. If you are able to keep your level of fitness high early, it will be easy to transition into middle and even older age,” Thebolt said.
“When making a fitness plan, make sure to get expert advice rather than just doing some exercises you made up. Look online for a workout program that works for you and stick to it. The advantage of a professional program is that you're sure to work out all of your muscle groups evenly,” he advised.

Understand that your abilities will change as you age, and they may change from day-to-day based on the amount of sleep you have had, what kind of day you have had at work, and much more.
